- Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of salon or spa management experience within the beauty industry, showcasing a strong understanding of salon operations.
Requirements:
- Recruitment Skills: Demonstrate the ability to recruit and onboard qualified candidates who align with the brand’s standards and values.
- Performance Monitoring: Effectively monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey company directives and programs, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
- Marketing Expertise: Develop and implement lucrative marketing plans to maximize profit and enhance the salon’s visibility in the market.
