Customer Service Agent:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Calls:
    • Proactively engage potential customers via outbound sales calls, promoting travel options and persuading them to make bookings.
  2. Inbound Customer Support:
    • Handle incoming calls, providing information about travel options, guiding customers through the booking process, and addressing inquiries.
  3. Booking Management:
    • Efficiently manage new bookings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and a seamless customer experience.
  4. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, actions, and booking details in the company’s customer management systems.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and compliance with sales guidelines.
  6. Follow-Up Calls:
    • Conduct follow-up calls to finalize bookings, provide additional information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Conversion Strategies:
    • Contact customers with pending bookings, follow up on inquiries, and use effective sales techniques to convert pending bookings into confirmed reservations.
  8. Customer Assistance:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their travel needs.
  9. Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to booking conversion and revenue generation.
  10. Product Knowledge:
