Assistant Academic Supervisor
- Qualifications: NYSC (Required), BA, B.Sc, HND (Required)
- Location: Enugu
- Experience: 3 years in quality assurance (Required)
- Job Type: Full Time
- Salary Range: #40,000 (a month)
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate the spiritual development of both students and staff.
- Gather comprehensive content for their respective grade levels, ensuring timely submission before each term.
- Foster the creation of biblically integrated educational content and its application in the classroom.
- Collect and review the initial 4-week lesson plans from assigned grade levels, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Conduct class observations with a focus on teaching methodologies.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration during school activities.
- Oversee remedial/intervention classes to achieve set targets promptly.
- Enforce the use of the school’s approved lesson delivery methods and handwriting style among staff and students.
- Conduct weekly meetings for content review and discussion of challenges.
- Maintain cleanliness in the school environment.
- Ensure students are adequately prepared for and participate in assemblies, delivering lessons as planned.
- Uphold the school’s culture within the assigned level.
- Collate end-of-term reports on pupils’ and staff performance.
