Job Responsibilities:
- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guests’ experience.
- Develop and maintain adequate professional products program.
- Develop and maintain retail products program.
- Ensure all dealings with guests at the spa area to meet or exceed the company’s operating standards.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility.
- Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the company standards.
- Ensure the health and safety of guests and employee are paramount at all times.
- Ensure consistent spa experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum B.Sc. / HND Certificate.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience
- Must have worked in a well known SPA.
Salary:
- N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
