Key Responsibilities:

Promote our properties for sale and lease on various social media platforms.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Prepare essential business documents, including allocation letters and deeds of assignment.
Handle post-construction inquiries from clients.
Actively listen to client concerns and provide effective solutions.
Swiftly resolve client and resident complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Keep clients informed about our latest products and offerings to boost sales.
Create and distribute weekly newsletters to stay connected with clients.

Qualifications and Background:

Minimum HND in Marketing or related fields.
3-5 years of experience, with a significant portion in a Customer Service Role.
Prior experience in the Nigerian Real Estate Industry is a valuable asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Effective multitasking capabilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills for both business and everyday situations.
Proficiency in critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
Capacity to remain composed in challenging situations.
Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
Strong record-keeping and data entry skills.
