Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager at 10up, you’ll lead the charge on 4 – 7 active projects, overseeing everything from project scopes and client meetings to risk management and expectation management. Your ability to track project progress and budget efficiency will be crucial in delivering superior quality results. Collaborating with cross-discipline teams, you’ll enforce rigorous QA processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in discovery engagements, defining project requirements and aligning them with client business goals. Building strong, long-term client relationships and identifying strategic opportunities will be part of your daily agenda.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in delivering CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, preferably in an agency setting. Familiarity with WordPress is a plus. Your ability to deescalate project risks, communicate effectively with clients, and lead cross-discipline teams will set you apart. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Salary Range
The annual salary for this position falls within the range of $60,000 to $120,000 USD, depending on factors such as experience and geographic location.
