ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

OVERALL FUNCTION

We are in search of an experienced, highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of potent digital marketing strategies aimed at bolstering online brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role demands an in-depth grasp of digital marketing channels, analytics, and adeptness in team management to successfully orchestrate campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies harmonized with company objectives and target demographics.
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, encompassing search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Exercise oversight over content creation and distribution, aligning it with the brand voice, SEO strategy, and audience preferences.
  • Manage search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives to enhance organic search rankings, and supervise search engine marketing (SEM) endeavors, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Fashion and enact social media marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Blueprint and carry out email marketing campaigns, encompassing list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing for performance optimization.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and furnish regular reports on digital marketing efficacy, employing tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop and administer the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments, agencies, and external partners for aligning marketing efforts and realizing cross-functional objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, encompassing Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset conducive to data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
