Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
  • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing deals to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
  • Up-to-date market information about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighbourhood.
  • Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and interests in order to sell our products or services.
  • Preparation of the weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Providing customer service to existing/ potential clients by answering questions about products or services
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients to discuss product offerings.
  • Maintaining records of all sales made, including follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services purchased.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a direct sales agent within the real estate industry or a similar role.
  • BSc/BA in Estate Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant field; further training will be a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
  • Results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills to convince potential customers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
