Key Responsibilities:

- After-Sales Support: Provide outstanding after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pre-Sales Assistance: Offer technical assistance and product education to clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Solution Implementation: Ensure the implementation of technology solutions aligns with world-class best practices.
- Client Expansion: Drive business growth by securing positive deals with new clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and research to stay ahead of IT security market dynamics.
- Negotiation: Skillfully manage conflict and employ effective negotiation and sales strategies.
- Solution Optimization: Proactively design solutions that optimize value for both our clients and our firm.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field with 4-7 years of experience.
- Certifications in IBM, Lenovo, DellEMC, NetApp, HP, Oracle, Hitachi, VMWare, or Huawei Converged Infrastructure and Storage are a plus.
