Hiring: Senior Product Manager At LemFi (Formerly Lemonade Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
2. Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new product initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and strategy.
4. Define clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
5. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development.
6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
7. Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success.
8. Champion the voice of the customer and ensure their needs are met in the product.
9. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
10. Drive product launches and marketing strategies to maximize product adoption.
11. Iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market insights.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Proven experience (5 -7 years) as a Product Manager or in a related role.
3. Proven experience with Card Issuance Products.
4. Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
5. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
7. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
8. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
9. Experience with consumer product is a priority.
