Responsibilities:

  • The administrative officer will be responsible for all general office administration and  supporting project construction.
  • Negotiating with Vendors and procurement
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for the plant administration.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Sharing / Refreshment / Training / Committee)

Recruitment: 

  • B.sc/HND in Business Administration and Social Sciences
  • Two (2) Three (3) years’ Experience
  • Proficiency in Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional MS Office skill – especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint-
  • Teamwork – Ability to work together in a team.
  • Time Management skills
  • Candidates should resident in Sagamu, Mowe and Abeokuta
