Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, engaging, and nurturing business partnerships, with a focus on acquiring qualified customers for our clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and establish Vortex NG as a leader in customer acquisition solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients that align with Vortex NG’s customer acquisition solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor solutions effectively.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of Vortex NG’s services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to our sales force, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote Vortex NG’s products.
- Represent Vortex NG at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and foster new business relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience in the technology or digital marketing industry is advantageous.
