- HR Generalist Capabilities
- Ability to Lead and Develop Teams
- Provide a Performance management system that speaks to Revenue Optimization
- Develop a work climate that fosters continuous engagement
- Clear understanding of Industry Requirements around compliances and business driven certifications
- Implement a Learning Management System that fosters impactful Talent Development and Trainings
- Strong aptitude for Industrial Relations and ability to manage all levels within the organization
- Capacity to implement payroll and other compensation management system that’s tied to productivity
- Diverse and Culturally mature utilizing supportive policies to drive inclusiveness
- Engage Top Management and Leadership while cascading leadership vision across team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Management
- 10+ years relevant work experience.
- A member of HRCI CIPM SHRM CIPD or other recognized HR certification bodies
- Must have functional experience in Energy Insurance.
