Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities are not limited to the following:
- Provide strategic leadership in managing resources and budgets.
- Oversee the operations and all services for the students, staff, and families at the school.
- Work closely with and foster a positive and effective relationship with staff, families and the community.
- Plan, organized and directed a variety of programs, projects and activities related to special education and support programs including skill acquisitions.
- Assure that all students receive their services.
- Coordinate and supervise all staff.
- Coordinate students’ assessments
- Maintain a safe and conducive learning and teaching environment.
Requirements:
- B.A., B.Ed., B.Sc., H.N.D or TRCN Certification with PGD will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years teaching experience and at least 5 years in Senior Management position such as Principal or Head of School.
Skills:
- Applicants should have Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal and IT skills.
- Proven track record of managing change and raising standards
- A figure of professional authority able to command the respect of students, staff and parents.
- Totally committed individual with great interpersonal and excellent public speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
