Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive growth in the B2B segment. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities with a focus on the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target potential B2B clients who require shipping services between the UK, Nigeria, Canada, and the US. Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of leads through various channels.
- Consultative Selling: Provide consultative guidance to clients in selecting the best shipping solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely information.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service implementation and client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in international shipping. Leverage this knowledge to position Haulam’s offerings effectively.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
- Familiarity with international shipping processes and regulations is a plus.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with uncapped earning potential.
