As a senior member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue, with a particular focus on the eCommerce business segment. Your role will involve monitoring market trends, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for product promotion and market expansion. Additionally, you will research and develop marketing opportunities and spearhead the implementation of new sales strategies.
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in the eCommerce business area will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles and strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Lead and motivate the Sales and Marketing Team to attain individual and team goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the product development team, providing input on customer needs and market trends.
- Report on the sales and marketing team’s activities, develop performance metrics, and track progress.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize market data and trends, making recommendations to Management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop marketing and sales budgets and oversee team expenditures.
- B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
