Job Title: Finance Manager – Project

Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Purpose:

As the Finance Manager – Project, this role demands self-motivation and the ability to ensure accurate reporting and meet deadlines while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Additionally, the position requires providing valuable insights for decision-making concerning capital investments.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

– Oversee Nigeria Capex and project portfolios.
– Manage Nigeria Capex cashflow.
– Track, monitor, and report Nigeria Capex actuals, LE against Budgets.
– Handle asset capitalization, disposal, and asset register.
– Reconcile capex vendor.
– Manage investment orders against the right packages.
– Manage and follow up on capex GRN and payments.
– Supervise and coordinate asset impairment and verification.
– Ensure compliance on MICS, Capex, and project.
– Collaborate with the Implementation Coordinator and project engineers to optimize projects.

Education & Qualification Requirements:

– Graduate qualification in Finance or Engineering (or a combination of both).
– Preference for candidates with project management experience.
– Understanding of the beer and/or soft drinks manufacturing process would be advantageous.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Process-oriented and assertive in executing projects within established practices and safety requirements.
