Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with restaurant customers and guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service delivery.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and supervising the daily operation of the restaurant and front desk staff for maximal productivity.
- Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work in compliance with the restaurant’s standards and procedures.
- Ensuring strict adherence to standards and procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Preparing daily reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Training front office staff as designated in the front office training procedures.
- Building strong relationships and coordinating with all other departments to improve service delivery.
- Ensuring front desk supplies are stocked, and computer equipment is functioning properly.
- Taking charge of online orders and ensuring swift and efficient deliveries.
- Handling all issues and complaints relating to online orders and resolving them promptly.
- Performing other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior work experience as a front desk Restaurant Supervisor or a similar position in the Hospitality industry.
- Extensive experience in demonstrating leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work for long periods and on weekends as well.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
- Good numerical abilities.
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must maintain composure under pressure.
