• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Customer Service Representative Requirements: OND BSC or equivalent
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
