Job Summary
We are seeking a young, vibrant social media manager to help us develop and manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create effective social media strategies that will work for each individual social media platform to improve brand visibility and increase our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective social media strategies and campaigns with defined KPIs
- Create multimedia content
- Analyze campaign data to know if campaigns are effective
- Develop an effective content strategy and create a monthly content calendar
- Update content across our various social media channels daily
- Engage with followers, customers, and the general public
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner and inform management of all such queries
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends and policies
- Collaborate with management and other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND
- At least 1 year of working experience
