ProLocums requires two sales executives for immediate start. One NYSC intern and one experienced hire.

Job Description

  • Present, promote, and sell the company’s products( healthcare tech recruitment products) to prospective clients within assigned territories and stretch-targeted geographical areas. ( Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland)
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, in other words: prospecting, leading meetings/negotiations and signing up with business stakeholders in the healthcare industry( Hospitals, Diagnostic Centres, Pharmacies, Dentists, and Opticians)
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product developments, and be able to communicate them effectively to customers.
  • Engage in strategy reviews, development, and implementation
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customers’ needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by the team lead.
  • Innovate and oversee the sales process for the business to attract new clients. Identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Research and identify opportunities that are present in existing and new markets. Qualify, modify, and secure business opportunities for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners. (Hospitals,Pharmacies, Laboratories,Dentists & Opticians)
  • Create, develop, and nurture long-lasting relationships and partnerships with current and new customers.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
  • Answer potential customer questions: respond to customers’ requests for proposals and follow-up call questions. Secure, grow, and retain accounts through proper collaborations with leadership and sales.
  • Develop and maintain a list or database of new prospective clients to augment pre-assigned leads
  • Maintain a database (sales force or Excel) of potential customers’ information. Use the CRM software to maintain a pipeline of all sales administered.
  • Suggest upgrades or added services and products that may be of interest to customers.
  • Proven ability to develop good relationships, internally and externally, and build upon those relationships to scale sales and partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating deals of various sizes and complexities.
  • Experience selling solutions to business decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Degree/HND in marketing, business administration. Science qualifications is also an added advantage. NYSC Interns will also be considered.
  • Extensive sales experience. NYSC
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying clients and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance with great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Must be able to use MS office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint Etc
