Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As part of our real estate brokerage firm specializing in property sales, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our listings are accurately represented and effectively marketed to potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
- List houses, estates, and lands for sale in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
- Capture quality photos and videos of properties to showcase their features and appeal to potential buyers.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and comparable property sales data to accurately price and position listings for optimal sale outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather property information, address questions or concerns, and provide updates on listing status.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers throughout the property listing and sales process, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation principles, and legal regulations governing property sales.
- Proficiency in using real estate listing platforms, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools.
- A valid driver’s license
- A passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to client
