The Food Technologist is in charge of: Manufacturing food products, according to Company specifications, following Nafdac’s recommendations, global HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations, and global Good Manufacturing Practices. Making sure culinary tools and equipment are properly cleaned after every use, and maintained in continuous, excellent working order. Following position-specific task sheets and schedules.
