We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Executive Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and recommend customized solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and contractual terms.
  • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline, exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
