Job Description

Position Summary

  • As a Digital Marketer and Content Creator at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, you will play a vital role in promoting our resort and engaging with our target audience through various digital channels.
  • This position requires a creative and strategic mindset, excellent writing and visual design skills, and a passion for hospitality and tourism.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and enhance the resort’s online presence to attract and retain guests.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and bookings.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and audience preferences.
  • Optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and video platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and manage content production schedules to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement and followers.
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and guest communications.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific audience segments and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the resort’s website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user experience optimization.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.

Brand Management:

  • Uphold brand identity and messaging consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Monitor online reviews, feedback, and mentions to maintain a positive online reputation and address guest concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with PR and communication teams to leverage media opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, and photography is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
