Job Summary:
As an Architect at Hall 7 Real Estate Limited, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing our real estate projects. Your responsibility will encompass creating imaginative and functional architectural designs, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and regulations, and fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. We seek a highly skilled and creative professional, one who possesses an ardent dedication to delivering top-notch architectural solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop architectural designs and concepts for real estate projects, meticulously considering aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and client preferences.
2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
3. Collaborate closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to achieve a well-coordinated and integrated project delivery.
4. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather crucial data, evaluate site conditions, and ensure design compatibility with existing structures and surroundings.
5. Review and interpret building codes, regulations, and zoning laws, ensuring full compliance and obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
6. Coordinate effectively with external consultants and specialists, such as structural engineers and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) consultants, to seamlessly integrate their expertise into the design process.
7. Actively participate in project meetings, presenting design proposals, and offering technical expertise and guidance.
8. Conduct research on emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions.
9. Maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, specifications, and progress reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 4 years of post NYSC work experience.
3. Portfolio showcasing previous projects and design expertise.
4. Proven experience as an architect, preferably with residential and commercial projects.
5. Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
6. Solid understanding of construction materials, building codes, and regulations.
7. Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
