Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N700,000 – N800,000 Monthly.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the finance function across the group, ensuring effective financial management.
– Manage the Finance Managers of each company within the group.
– Ensure efficient management of group cashflow requirements.
– Coordinate the preparation of financial statements for each member company.
– Liaise with regulators of each member company to ensure compliance.
– Handle group-wide tax issues and maintain tax compliance.
– Ensure group-wide adherence to global best accounting practices.
– Coordinate timely audits of group companies and filing of statutory returns.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
– Must possess a chartered certification (ACA).
– MBA will be an added advantage.
– Minimum of 8 years post-NYSC experience in a financial institution such as a bank, mortgage bank, microfinance bank, finance house, etc.
– Previous experience in a similar role is required.
