Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Specialist to set up, manage, and train clients on various Zoho applications, with a focus on the most widely-used tools within the Zoho ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other popular applications.
This is a contract-based position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
Setup and configure Zoho applications according to client requirements
Customize workflows, automations, and integrations between different Zoho apps
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho applications
Develop documentation and training materials tailored to client needs
Provide ongoing management and support for clients using Zoho applications
Conduct training sessions (virtual or in-person) for clients and team members on using Zoho effectively
Stay updated on Zoho’s new features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Zoho applications, including setup, customization, and management
- Ability to train and support clients in the use of various Zoho products
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other key Zoho apps
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in creating workflows, automations, and integrations within the Zoho suite
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in training or technical support is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho certifications or formal training
- Experience with third-party integrations with Zoho apps
- Background in SaaS platforms, ERP systems, or business process management.
