The Supermarket Supervisor will be in charge of managing the day-to-day running of the supermarket, handling all store staff work schedules, Monitor Inventory, and procurement of new products;
Oversee the proper arrangement of goods on the various shelves; Ensure products are properly received to avoid damages and leakages;
Ensure proper documentation of all items, interface with vendors to ensure products are correctly purchased, Ensure products do not expire on the shelf, and give weekly reports.
Requirements
The supervisor should have at least three (3) years of experience in the FMCG sector and should have knowledge of inventory, stock taking, report writing as well as excellent communication skills.
