Job Summary

As our Senior Human Resource Manager, you will have a strong background in Human Resource Business Partnering, coupled with extensive experience in various HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals develop HR strategies and act as a trusted advisor to department heads on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding and develop and implement talent management strategies whilst conducting talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee relations issues and conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and manage HR administration like payroll, benefits, HRIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, CIPM) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering.
