Job Summary

We’re looking to expand our sales team with results-driven sales representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at our Akoka, Ojuelegba, Ebute-Metta, and Lagos Island  Sales Outlets.

Job Description

  • Present, promote, and sell the company’s products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through calls, E-channels, social media, and visits
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyse market potential, track sales, and write status reports within catchment areas
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Awareness of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback  
  • Experience in sales and an understanding of the sales process and dynamics would be an added advantage
  • Honesty and  Integrity
  • The ability to drive and possession of a current driver’s license would be an added advantage
