We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team.
As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medication for our patients.
You will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication-related information to healthcare professionals and patients, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and professional standards.
Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness, and provide consultation to patients regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and possible interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, including physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient medication records and ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with the Hospital’s policy.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining appropriate levels of medications and supplies.
Perform medication therapy management services, including medication reviews, adherence counseling, and medication therapy optimization.
Provide immunization services and other pharmacy-based clinical services as required by state regulations and company policies.
Stay current with developments in pharmaceutical research, drug therapies, and pharmacy practice guidelines.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice, including safety and quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an accredited University.
Pharmacist License
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a pharmacist. Preferably in a hospital, or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and pharmaceutical calculations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to patients and healthcare professionals.
Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records software.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
