Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist the Managing Partner and successfully run the HR department. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, end-end recruitment and selection, and other duties as necessary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise utmost confidentiality and honesty
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Arranging travel (e.g., travel agent services such as purchasing airline tickets, reserving hotel rooms and rental cars, and arranging travel itinerary.
  • Dealing with incoming email, drafting letters with the use of Microsoft office Suite, often corresponding on behalf of the Managing Partner.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and other staff.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Administrative duties
  • Online researching

Human Resources Role:

  • Carry out successful End to End Recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process to the Onboarding stage and Employee setup (ID cards and Business Cards)
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Employee onboarding
  • Manage Employee’s HMO
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suit: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient use of Recruitment Platforms: LinkedIn, indeed etc.
  • Conduct Exit interviews
  • Exercise a high level of confidentiality in handling employee records in hard and soft copies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Other Certificates will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Must have completed NYSC
