We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in their office environment.
The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office.
Responsibilities
Working directly with HR and Admin Managers to ensure optimal work operations
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as ensuring the office premises are organized, swept, tidy, and presentable.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
Assist in organizing and archiving office documents and records.
Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Post content regularly on Social Media handles and other posting channels
Requirements and Skills
OND / NCE / Diploma Only. No B.Sc
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
Working knowledge of office equipment
Fair understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
