  • They presently require the services of a self-motivated and highly experienced National Sales Manager to coordinate the entire sales and marketing activities of the company towards achieving set revenue and market share growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales and marketing strategies that will lead to the company having an effective footprint of its brand across all the open markets and institutions in Nigeria.
  • Prepare annual sales budgets and ensure implementation and achievement of set targets.
  • Source for new customers and manage old relationships and existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on a regular basis.
  • Drive intelligence gathering for a deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
  • Define target markets and route-to-market strategies to ensure accelerated market share growth within a year.
  • Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on a regular basis.
  • Manage subordinates to achieve set sales and marketing goals
  • Set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for Sales job functions and ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of all sales personnel work results periodically.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc/BA.
  • Higher certifications and qualifications are an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be passionate about Sales, Marketing, and Business DevelopmentMarket Leadership
  • They must have worked or are currently working in a key plastics manufacturing company with organized systems and procedures as a Sales Manager
  • A minimum of 10-15 years sales work experience 6 of which must be in a senior management position.
  • FMCG Sales experience may be considered but not the first option
  • Knowledge of the Northern market plastics business dynamics is required

  • They must be willing to undertake long trips to the Northern part of Nigeria
