The preferred candidate must be a talented media planner offering exceptional strengths in executing paid digital media campaigns and ensuring content is delivered to the right audience. He/She must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a track record of exceeding clients’ expected key performance metrics by constantly analyzing results and implementing digital media best practices.
He/She has a broad understanding of various musical genres and must have the ability to talent scout, and manage artists.
He/She must have an understanding of song written and production concepts and arrangement as well as a solid understanding of the music industry as a whole, including its process and regulation.
He/She must know the sophisticated methods of managing and improving contact swapping and social networking.
The preferred candidate in the case of scouts must have a very strong understanding of music markets and local area knowledge. He/She must have a desire to progress into a broader and more demanding area of music production or legislation.
The preferred candidate will be responsible for research, preparing reports, and performing various administrative duties. They update expense and travel reports, oversee music production operations, and work with artists to help them with their creative process. They also coordinate logistics, scout for new talent, and negotiate contracts.
The preferred candidate will be expected to perform ad-hoc assignments as needed including market research and uncovering relevant data to drive campaign success, as well as executing all media campaigns across digital platforms including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
