Job Summary
In this role, you will be expected to regularly engage potential clients, develop and implement innovative sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and surpass sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various segments, including corporate clients, travel agencies, NGOs. and other emerging markets.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of the hotel.

Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
- Genuine interest and experience in marketing and hospitality.
- Verifiable network or access to potential clients
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or marketing in the hotel and hospitality industry is ideal
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal are required
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and other sales-related tools to streamline sales processes and track performance metrics.
