[Vacancy]: Male Secretary to the Chief Medical Director Needed at Pharmaceutical Company

Job Description


  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, filing, preparing, and collating reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings
  • Managing database and prioritizing workload
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative system
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses


  • Working experience as a secretary in a reputable company with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • First Degree or equivalent in Secretariat Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or any related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Applicants must reside in Lagos; residence around Amuwo Odofin, Mile2, Festac, Coker, Apapa, Satellite town, Orile, Surlere axis, etc. will be an added advantage
