Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Specifically responsible for email and SMS marketing
  • Responsible for the e-commerce blog, ensuring content goes out twice a week.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives for example, ensuring all props and items needed for events and styled shoots are readily available.
  • Manage social media backup pages, ensuring all is up to date
  • Maintain marketing databases and assist in data analysis.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Digital Marketing Analyst

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
