Job Summary

As the Human Resources and Administrative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of human capital and administrative functions within the company. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR and administrative activities to support the organization’s goals and objectives.


  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies
  • Develop and maintain office procedures, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, labor laws, and health and safety standards.
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to HR and administrative functions, and implement appropriate controls.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
