Responsibilities

•  As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Experience in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is a plus
