- Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities:
As a Human Resource Generalist at Hazon Holdings, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR function within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and contribute to the selection of top talent.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
- Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and concerns.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the development of a learning culture within the organization.
