The HR Executive will be critical in managing various aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance, fostering employee welfare, facilitating training and development initiatives, implementing performance management processes, and overseeing payroll activities.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Mobilise staff for various corporate or welfare activities
Liaise with managers to identify and assess training and development needs
Design training programs
Conduct job evaluation surveys
Partner with stakeholders to develop objectives and key results for each role
Manage payroll
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in human resource roles, collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and payroll processes.
