Job Description
- Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments
- Registration of guest, and distribution of keys.
- Checking guest in and out of the room
- Serving as the hotel’s first point of contact, responding to guest complain in timely and efficient manner.
- Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy.
- Answers all questions relating to types of rooms and its amenities.
