Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer/Receptionist with experience in a similar role and excellent administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Additionally, this role involves providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Communicating courteously with clients through telephone, email or face to face
- Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk
- Make routine calls to new and existing clients to receive their feedbacks.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Responsible for receiving all office correspondences, packages and distribute them
- Responsible for organising training and meetings
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Address and resolve inquiries or issues from clients and staff.
- Handling office and Statutory documentation
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a front desk receptionist with administrative responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management skill
- Good Reporting & Time Management skills
