Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Register patients by verifying and entering demographic information.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
- Provide information to patients regarding services, appointment details, and general inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have a good command of English
- Must be computer literate
