Job Description
Requirements:
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks and ensuring the plane is clean.
- Demonstrating safety and emergency measures, such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors.
- Offering information and support to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Welcoming passengers, verifying their tickets, and directing them to their seats.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during all phases of the flight.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork with fellow crew members.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is prepared for travel.
- Provide assistance and guidance to passengers as needed, including during emergency situations.
- Serve meals, beverages, and attend to special requests to enhance the in-flight experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physically fit and able to meet the required safety and health standards.
- Height and weight must be proportionate to meet airline-specific requirements.
