Ensures the achievement of the KPIs set in terms of MTTR & TAT in resolving customer complaints.
Handle all escalations from customers for prompt resolutions
Provide customer support to internal and external clients that require physical intervention.
Involved in the integration of new circuits on the network
Provide technical reports and details to support fault analysis and management reporting; network faults analysis, root cause analysis, and network performance.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of new link implementation
Ensure timely and accurate feedback of RFOs/ETRs/RCAs to clients within the agreed timeline.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 1 (one) year experience.
Knowledge of IP / MPLS, microwave, and fiber optics technology
