Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring prompt and accurate relay of messages.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Support with personal tasks and errands to improve the executive’s availability for high-level responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Driving Skills with a valid driver’s license
- Must reside within the Egbeda/Iyana Ipaja Axis
