Job Summary
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
- Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the office of the CEO
- Plans and manages the CEO’s itinerary and meetings.
- Takes minutes of meetings and prepares reports as required.
- Represents the CEO in some meetings
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO’s behalf.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Performing minor accounting duties.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Requirements
- 1st degree in Estate Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant professional certifications
- 5-8 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Director
- Looks professional and presentable.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry
- Sociable and confidential
- Report writing.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent Communication skills.
